Where do I start? I know how about the Herring Trips I been doing with Friends and Family over Christmas Vacation.
We made about 20 Jars of Pickled Herring and everyone I know got some as it was a BIG hit on Christmas Eve. I have 2 How to Videos on Pickled Herring check em out
This is a Great Treat if you like a that Vinegar tangy taste.

Then On New Years Day I was able to get the Whole Family out Herring Fishing with Several Friends. We even had a Little Tail Gate Party with some of my Home Made Fish Casino. It was a slam fest as everyone caught so many Herring Especially Lou and his kids. Any way here is the Picture Slide Show of that Outing.
